B.T. Mancini is proud to have been a part of the redevelopment of Harvey Milk Terminal 1 (HMT1) at San Francisco International Airport, delivering high-quality soft flooring throughout the terminal. Designed by Gensler with Kuth Ranieri and completed using a progressive design-build method, this revolutionary project spans 900,000 square feet and aims to elevate the standard of modern travel with a focus on sustainability and passenger experience.

The new terminal features beautifully crafted flooring that combines aesthetics with functionality. The vibrant carpets and elegant sheet goods not only enhance the visual appeal but also contribute to the terminal’s LEED Gold and Fitwel certifications, underscoring SFO’s commitment to environmental responsibility. The meticulously selected materials and innovative design work together to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for the millions of passengers passing through HMT1 each year.
